MedGo: A company specialized in sourcing and delivering medications to pharmacies.
User: A licensed pharmacist who creates an account and uses the platform to order medications.
Platform: The MedGo website and mobile application.

Only licensed pharmacists are permitted to use the platform. The user must create an account containing the following basic information: full name, pharmacy name, phone number, pharmacy address, and license number. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and must update it whenever any changes occur.

Users can browse all available medications from certified Syrian pharmaceutical companies. Orders are fulfilled based on real-time warehouse availability. If a specific item is not available, a suitable alternative will be suggested. Orders are delivered within 24 hours inside Damascus city. There is an “urgent order” option available at an additional cost, which is specified in the admin panel.

Final prices are exclusive to pharmacists and include all basic fees. Currently, payment is made upon delivery (cash). An electronic payment option will be added in the future.

Once the order is submitted, it cannot be modified directly by the user. Users can contact the support team to modify or cancel the order before it is delivered.

MedGo is not responsible for any illegal use of the medication after delivery. MedGo commits to providing medications within valid expiration dates and with secure packaging. There is no signature required upon delivery, but delivery data is recorded within the system.

All content on the platform, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by MedGo and may not be reused without written permission.

MedGo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and users will be notified via email or in-app notification.

At MedGo, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your data within a secure environment. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when using our platform.

When creating an account on MedGo, we collect the following information: the pharmacist’s full name, pharmacy name, phone number, pharmacy address, and professional license number (if required later).

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create a secure and verified user account

• To facilitate order and delivery processes

• To communicate with the pharmacist regarding order status or inquiries

• To improve the user experience within the platform

All data is stored in a secure and private admin dashboard. User data is not shared with any third party. We implement both technical and administrative safeguards to ensure data security.

Users have the right to request updates to their data at any time by contacting technical support. Users can also request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated data from the system.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect legal or operational changes. Users will be informed of any updates via email or in-app notification.
